My AeroBed is deflating?If your AeroBed is leaking air, it could be because of one of the following possible reasons:
Air is leaking from the Air Release Valve.
Air is leaking from a puncture or tear in the product:
NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FIX THE PRODUCT USING SUPER GLUE AS MOST ADHESIVES ARE ABRASIVE TO PVC AND CAN FURTHER DAMAGE YOUR PRODUCT, VOIDING YOUR WARRANTY.
Damaged/Faulty AeroBeds and Returns
AeroBed warranty/replacement policyAll AeroBeds carry a 1 year warranty for mattress replacements and a 2 to 5 year warranty on the pump/parts depending on the product purchased. In the unlikely event of product failure within the warranty period you can of course arrange to get your bed replaced. The process for claiming against this warranty depends on where you purchased your AeroBed from.
You will need to return the bed to the retailer that you purchased it from along with your proof of purchase and they will be able to offer you a replacement.
My AeroBed has a punctureAll of our AeroBed's are constructed from heavy duty PVC, that is generally resistant to punctures. Punctures can occur however, if the PVC comes into contact with a long sharp object such as a pin. Punctures can be very easily and quickly repaired with our puncture repair kit, these are supplied with all beds. If you don't have your repair kit click here to order.

My pump is not workingAll of our pumps are covered under our warranty, the length of which depends on the particular AeroBed you have purchased. The process for addressing a broken pump also depends on the particular AeroBed that you have.
Premier Range with Pump Built-In This pump comes with a 3 year warranty. The pump for this bed cannot be replaced independently so the whole AeroBed will need to be exchanged if it falls within its warranty period. The process for arranging this exchange depends on where you purchased your AeroBed from.
You will need to return the whole AeroBed to the retailer you purchased it from along with your proof of purchase and they will be able to offer you a replacement. They will need to inspect prior to arranging a replacement part.
Platinum Range with Flat Panel Pump This pump comes with a 5 year warranty. The pump for this bed cannot be replaced independently so the whole AeroBed will need to be exchanged if it falls within its warranty period. The process for arranging this exchange depends on where you purchased your AeroBed from.
You will need to return the whole AeroBed to the retailer than you purchased it from along with your proof of purchase and they will be able to offer you a replacement. They will need to inspect prior to arranging a replacement part.
Essential Overnighter/Sleepover/AeroBed for Children This pump has a 1 year warranty and is replaceable. If the AeroBed is still within the warranty period then the retailer will organise a replacement pump free of charge. To arrange a replacement pump simply contact the retail outlet from which the bed was purchased with a copy of your proof of purchase. They will need to inspect prior to arranging a replacement part.

AeroBed Active – Rechargeable Dual Power NiCad Pump This pump has a 2 year warranty and is replaceable. If the AeroBed is still within the warranty period then the retailer will organise a replacement pump free of charge. To arrange a replacement pump simply contact the retail outlet from which the bed was purchased with a copy of your proof of purchase. They will need to inspect prior to arranging a replacement part.

Raised Explorer - Air Light Pump This pump has a 2 year warranty and is replaceable. If the AeroBed is still within the warranty period then we will send you a replacement pump free of charge. To arrange a replacement pump simply contact the retail outlet from which the bed was purchased with a copy of your proof of purchase. They will need to inspect prior to arranging a replacement part.

Can I replace the comfort adjust button in the middle of the air outlet valve?If this button has become detached from the main black valve you can purchase a replacement button, click here to order.
The retailer that I purchased my AeroBed from refuses to take it back?The only place that you can return your AeroBed for a replacement is the retailer from which you purchased your AeroBed from. If you have proof of purchase and the product is within its statutory warranty period then the retailer that you purchased from is legally bound to address your concerns. AeroBed will be happy to provide replacement spare parts, but to arrange a replacement you must contact the retailer that you purchased from.
How can I purchase spare parts?If you live in Australia and wish to purchase a spare part, click here to order. Once your payment has been processed, goods will be sent directly to your nominated address and should arrive within 5 – 10 working days (subject to delivery location).

Can the pumps be used on different AeroBeds?The only pumps that are interchangeable are the handheld pumps that come with the AeroBed for Kids, Essential Overnighter, Sleepover, Active and Raised Explorer.
How many amps, volts and watts does the pump need to operate?AeroBeds runs off 0.5 amps, 240 volts and uses 115 watts to operate properly.
How do I know when my pump is fully charged?Indoor beds with the twist on black pump or built in pump has an automatic switch off system. The pump sound changes but will still run without inflating until you physically turn the pump or twist the pump off.
Regarding the NiCad Pump, the first charge should be for 24 hours, subsequent charges should be for 12 hours (make sure you have totally drained the pump before recharging). Please make sure you do not try and inflate the bed while the pump is charging.
Can I buy spare covers or carry bags?Unfortunately, we do not keep spares of carry bags or covers at this stage.
