It's all about Quality
Every AeroBed:
- is manufactured using world class technology in pump design that leads the industry in inflation pressure, time to maximum inflation and noise control
- is tested twice - at pump assembly and final AeroBed assembly
- has the top, bottom and seam welds checked and rechecked for the smallest possible pinholes that could cause leaks
- is inflated for a minimum 12-24 hours before leaving the factory
- is inspected and tested by Quality experts not reporting to Manufacturing but the main AeroBed office - ensuring no quality shortcuts to meet manufacturing goals.
The Result "Outstanding Quality":
- Less than 1 out of 200 (0.5%) AeroBeds tested show any loss of air and they are pulled from production if they do.
- The AeroBed factory has achieved a Major Acceptable Quality Rating (AQL) of 0.65. Manufacturing experts say the best factories rarely achieve a rating of 1.5.
